I had been training with Ashley at Elevate before having my baby. After birth, I needed to strengthen hips, lower back, and my body, in general, was pretty weak. Even though my weight was pretty under control, I couldn't wait to get back to be my regular self. However, I had a baby, work and I was pumping. Ashley worked with me and my crazy schedule to find the right time for me to work out. We did a sort of post-partum training and she slowly got me back to carrying the weight I used to carry and helped me find the right position to carry the baby without injuring myself. She modified all exercises that needed to be modified and worked around my tendinitis so that I can get a full workout. After a couple of months of training with Ashley I felt stronger than ever! I could feel the difference even when carrying the baby. She got me through 40 weeks of pregnancy training normally, and she helped me through postpartum and I plan to continue working out with her through her online program. She is so dedicated and kind to her clients, looking at every little detail like diet and injuries. I highly recommend her!
