My love for fitness sparked after going through my own personal transformation. I gained 30+ pounds my first two years of college. Being an ex-athlete (6 years of gymnastics & dance), it felt horrible not being able to do what I use to. Mann even getting up a few flights of stairs was rough.
But during the Summer of 2015, I realized enough was enough, and it was time to take my health back!
Also, with a much-needed kick in the ass from my boyfriend, I finally started my journey to living a healthier life. My transformation journey was FAR from easy but it inspired me to fall in love with fitness all over again. I loved the way it made me feel, and the energy and confidence that I gained from it. I soon realized, I could teach other people how to use fitness to reach that same confidence and positive energy. I decided to forego my original plans of going on to Physical Therapy school, despite achieving the highest academic achievement for my major (mom wasn’t too happy about that one).
I took a step out on faith and followed my passion for fitness.
After a few years of discipline and hard work, I am now a certified NASM Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Instructor. I also plan to pursue my Yoga Instructor license and Precision Nutrition Certification.
As a fitness professional, I am committed to not just giving you a fitness program and letting you run with it. I am here to inspire you and guide you through the whole process. I’ve been in your shoes and I know of ALL the excuses in the book. I will teach you how to break through those excuses, set realistic goals, and keep you accountable for achieving them. I will push you to surpass your false set of limits and through accountability, education, and encouragement we will work together to reach your TRUE POTENTIAL!
