My love for fitness sparked after going through my own personal transformation. I gained 30+ pounds my first two years of college and being an ex-athlete (6 years of gymnastics & dance) if felt horrible not being able to do what I use to. Mann even getting up a few flights of stairs was rough. But the Summer of 2015 I realized enough was enough and it was time to take my health back! Also, with a much-needed kick in the ass from my boyfriend, I finally started my journey to living a healthier life. And to make a long story short, my transformation was FAR from easy but it spiraled into me falling in love with fitness.
