What do we do?

I help you create long-term healthy eating habits by simplifying what “healthy eating” means and making it easy and attainable to do! Our main focus is to improve your overall health & performance while also helping you achieve your individual goal of weight loss, weight gain or maintenance.


What’s the Process?

5 Steps. . .

Step 1

Complete the Intake Form

In the form we will review your current eating habits, water intake, daily activity, fitness goals, sleep + stress management and any additional information that you think would be helpful for me to know.

Step 2

On-Board Week

For one week you will log every meal you eat via my fitness pal. Please eat based on your normal eating habits. This week is for me to get a good understanding of your current eating habits and also know your average weight, daily calories and macros (protein / carbs / fats).

Step 3

Review of Goals & Initial Plan

After the on boarding process I will go in and review all meals along with your intake form. After I review everything I will provide you with an in-depth explanation of patterns I noticed in your eating logs and the initial macro and calorie goals I would like us to start with along with an explanation of why.

Step 4

Habit Goals

Outside of macros and calories you will also have healthy habit goals such as x hours of sleep a night, x amount of water a day, x steps a day, or x fruit and veggies a day. Goals are assigned based on the individual and vary person to person. Also, I believe in slowly building upon habits. This means you will not be asked to hit all habits initially, instead we will pick one to focus on and once you are consistent with it, we will build upon it and add another one.

Step 5

We start working together! (Check-Ins + Communication + Continuous Support)

After you receive your habit, macro, and calorie goals. You will be asked to continue logging meals daily and focus on reaching your goals to the best of your ability. Every Monday and Thursday you will have a check in review to see how things are going. Monday is a shorter check in to just review how the weekend went. Thursday is a longer check in to review specific habits and goals.

You will complete each check in virtually via the True Coach app (provided with membership) and I will respond to the check in the following day. The check in will have set questions for you to answer but always feel free to message me outside of these check in’s. The True Coach app has a direct message function that can be used any time to ask questions you may have. All messages are typically responded to within 24 hours.

Communication is very important to me! As a coach I ask that you are transparent when things are going on that might get in the way of your goals. I am extremely understanding and by knowing potential barriers to your success I can help you create tactic to surpass them! Also, if you ever feel like a set goal it becoming extremely difficult to achieve and would like to reassess please let me know. I am a big believer that we all have different phases in life and we have to learn how to have our nutrition bend to what we currently can achieve while still working to hit our overall goal of improved health and performance.

Science Meets Practical

I LOVE the science of things, and based on research there will usually always be a recommended way to do things. However, I believe forcing people in to health standards without accessing their current lifestyle factors is a losing game. I use my education on nutrition and my understanding of your current lifestyle to create the best plan for you. One that allows you to continuously progress without feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

With 101 new “best diets” I help you find clarity in the chaos. I focus on developing simple healthy meals and hitting the foundational habits proven to improve your health and performance.
