Let’s be real. Getting motivated to stay fit was never the issue.

Keeping yourself accountable and disciplined to workout daily despite having a crappy day or mood. That’s where the real work starts.

Getting started without support was the hardest part of the journey.

After the first two years in college, I gained 30+ pounds and it impacted my confidence and self worth. Not being able to walk up a few flights of stairs, or feel confident going out with my partner felt horrible. While I was stuck in this space of confusion and feeling down on myself, I tried everything you can think of to lose the weight. I’ve done the juice diets, the fat loss pills, the sweat creams, and the waist trainers. But none of that helped. I saw true results when I focused on creating a fitness routine and healthy eating habits that I could truly maintain, based on my current lifestyle.

This is when my health became my priority.

Health for my mind

Health for my body

Health for my happiness.

The journey has been far from easy, but through each workout and every minute spent pushing myself, I found my confidence and energy again.

While sometimes I felt like I slipped up and wanted to quit, I reminded myself that it was okay and to get right back on track with the habits I developed.

Through all the exhaustion and frustration, I’ve realized motivation is just a kickstarter but you need discipline and accountability to truly see life long results.

Let me teach you how to finally stay disciplined in your fitness routine and achieve the life long results you’ve been looking for!

Ashley Reese is the best Nutrition Coach I’ve ever had. I’ve only been with her for a couple of months, and my results are already speaking for themself. This isn’t a quick fix it does take time but Ashley knows what she is doing. She is also certified which I love it’s hard to find someone who is really certified and she knows what’s she talking about.

She would give me goals I needed to hit every week. For example, hit 10,000 steps every day is one of my big goals. Having this goal made me want to accomplish it so I will go for walks during the day. Also, she didn’t just give me this report and send me on my way. I got emails and text messages from her to check-in and make sure I was on track. With Ashley, the focus is learning to make healthy eating decisions.

My greatest accomplishment from working with Ashley is that I’m confident again and I know how to put together a nutritious meal. When I talked with Ashley to discuss my goals, I never felt pressured or insecure. She was super friendly and that let me know I could trust her with my health.
