What Do We Do?

We help you move better and feel stronger in the gym and everyday life. We create a fitness program that is geared to your personal goals, what your body needs and your current time availability.


 What’s the Process?

5 Steps . . .

Step 1

Complete the Intake Form

In the form we will review your goals, your current fitness routine, your daily activity, past surgeries and/or injuries and any additional information that you think would be helpful for me to know.

Step 2

On-Board Week

For the first week you will complete 3 workouts. One lower body focus, one upper body focus and one cardio. Each workout is designed to act as a movement evaluation. You will record yourself with each movement and I will review all movements and provide feedback on form and weight choice.

Step 3

Review of Goals & Initial Plan

After the on boarding week I will create your first fitness program! I will message you an overview of the program, this will include what you should expect, the focus of the program and guidance on weight choice.

Step 4

We start working together! (Check-Ins + Communication + Continuous Support)

After you receive your first fitness program you will be asked to continue to record yourself for each workout and as you get more comfortable with the different movements we will slowly scale back from recording. ALL movement videos will be reviewed by me and I’ll provide feedback on form and how to improve. 

Also, every weekend you will have one check in to complete. It will be a series of questions asking how the week of workouts went, along with general healthy habits like water intake, sleep and daily steps. 

All check ins will be completed virtually via the True Coach app (provided with membership) and I’ll review and respond to you by Monday.

Outside of our weekly check ins please feel free to message me via the direct message function on the True Coach app, this can be used to ask any questions you may have. All messages are typically responded to within 24 hours 

What Makes Reese Fitness Different?

Communication

Communication is very important to me! As a coach I ask that you are transparent when things are going on that might get in the way of your goals. I am extremely understanding and by knowing potential barriers to your success I can help you create tactics to surpass them! Also, if you ever feel like a set goal it becoming extremely difficult to achieve and would like to reassess please let me know. (For example - needing to decrease the number of days you train a week due to a busy season in life)  I am a big believer that we all have different phases in life and we have to learn how to have our fitness routine bend to what we currently can achieve while still working to hit our overall goal. 

Science MEETS Practical

I LOVE the science of things, and based on research there will usually always be a recommended way to do things. However, I believe forcing people in to set standards without accessing their current lifestyle factors is a losing game. I use my education on fitness and my understanding of your current lifestyle to create the best plan for you. One that allows you to continuously progress without feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

Simplicity

With 101 new “best fitness routines” I help you find clarity in the chaos. I focus on the foundational movements (Push / Pull / Squat / Lunge /Carry) that have been proven to work in countless studies. I also add in different variation to keep things fun and challenging!
