My favorite powder protein supplement! This is my go-to for all my homemade shakes. One serving of their whey protein supplement is 30 grams of protein, and I love to use it as a quick post-workout meal to keep me full and energized until I can get a full meal in. My favorite recipe is: 1 Scoop of protein + 4 TBSP of powdered peanut butter + 8 oz of oat milk + a dash of vanilla extract + ice + powder cinnamon. It’s delicious!
