Hi! - I’m Ashley (AKA Reese) . .

I created Built with Strength because I realized there was a gap in the market between one on one services and 8-week programs. I knew there had to be a group of women who desired more than an 8-week commitment, but did not need the specificity of one on one training or were not in a physique but need a program to follow that could progress with them and take the stress out of creating their own workouts. Equipment Needed:

***GYM VERSION: The barbell and weighted plates are not needed in the beginning, but they are needed as the program advances.***
***HOME VERSION: You will just need dumbbells, a bench and resistance bands.***
