How it Works

 

Step 1: Free Consultation Call

We will set up a consultation call to review your goals, exercise experience, and health and injury history. The ultimate goal of our call is to truly understand where your current fitness level is at, address all concerns and identify the best plan for you.

Step 2: Getting Prepped

Once you’re signed up, you will fill out an intake form & submit payment. Both are due a week prior to the date you would like to start your program. Then you will create your True Coach account to upload your before photos and list out the equipment you have access to.

 
 
 

Step 3: Start Training

To create a custom program for you, you will complete an initial movement evaluation. The movement evaluation will go over the 5 foundational movements (squat / hinge / push / pull / carry). After we evaluate your fitness levels, you will receive an individualized training program schedule based on your current lifestyle and goals.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

We’ll have a daily check-in to review your form and how your workout went. We will also check in weekly to review healthy habits that will help you reach your goals, like sleep habits, water intake, eating habits, etc.

How long do we work together?

For all new clients, I recommend a minimum of a 3-month commitment, this is the minimum amount of time needed to create a consistent routine and see results.

How do I renew my membership after my initial payment? 

Your membership will auto-renew every month on the date that you originally started your training program. 

Can we work together if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment?

Yes! If you currently don’t have any equipment at home we can discuss the best equipment for you to buy based on your goals and budget. 

How do I cancel my membership? 

Should you decide to cancel, all you need to do is notify me 30 days prior to your upcoming payment and I will cancel your membership.

Before I joined Resse Fitness, I was working out constantly and seeing no results. After working out with Reese fitness, I began to see a difference, I felt like my workouts were no longer in vain. My greatest accomplishment while working with Ashley was that I lost 10 pounds in a little over a month. She was very helpful along the way because she got me to realize that you can't outwork a bad diet. It's important to set weekly fitness and nutritional goals for yourself so that you can achieve the success that you want. I was a little hesitant to do nutritional training in the past because I wasn't sure if it would really work for me but after working with Reese Fitness, Ashley was able to 100% change my mind. During this fitness journey, my favorite part was weekly Ashley would set nutritional and fitness goals for me and I would try everything I could to meet them. Other than losing 10 pounds, I also learned how important it is to keep up with your daily macros, how fitness training can be fun and how at times we may falter but tomorrow is always a new day to start over right where you left off. I would definitely recommend Reese fitness to anyone who needs help getting in shape because of the dedication that Ashley puts into her craft in order to help her clients succeed.
